• 소개 및 적용: 1-tert-부틸-3-에틸카르보디이미드는 아민의 과환反応에 사용되는 반응물질로, tantalum dimethylamido diamidato 및 guanidinato 복합물의 합성에 이용되어 CVD 공정에서 나이트 얇은 필름을 제조할 수 있다. 또한, HfO2 필름용 titanate amidinate guanidinate 알킬아밀레이드 복합물 전구를 준비하는 데에도 사용된다. 1-tert-부틸-3-에틸카르보디이미드는 ketene의 cycloreaction 및 carbodiimide의 hydroamination에 group-2-element amides를 전催化剂로 사용하는 반응에서 활용된다. 또한, thermal stability, vapor pressure, vaporization rate 및 thermal decomposition properties와 같은 연구에서 cobalt amidinato derivative 복합물을 합성하는 데 사용된다.
