  • 소개 및 적용: Narciclasine is an alkaloid that can be found in the bulbs of several Narcissus species. It has antiproliferative and pro-apoptotic effects, making it a useful intermediate for synthetic conversion and structure-activity relationship studies. It can be purified by recrystallization and exhibits dextrorotatory properties and strong fluorescence. Narciclasine has been shown to induce apoptosis-mediated cytotoxicity in human cancer cells in vitro, but not in normal fibroblasts. It also regulates the Rho/Rho kinase/LIM kinase/cofilin signaling pathway and induces actin stress fiber formation in a RhoA-dependent manner.
